We heard about Los Alamitos Lock Service from a friend and they have been outstanding. Not only are their prices more than fair, but they are very professional and courteous. When we called for a rekey, they actually had someone out that afternoon (Chris). He was able to complete almost everything except 2 doors that had broken locks. Got home and reached out to them. They were prompt to respond and super informative with what they thought might be the problem. I actually took longer to respond since I needed to find pieces. We were able to set up an appointment quickly.

Kyle showed up~ he called to let me know when he'd arrive and showed up within the time schedule they had mentioned via text. He resolved our one door problem and I had another issue with another door and he fixed that too!
