I used walk-in service to rekey all our new locks and doorsets (two different brands) to one key. We are in the middle of a major renovation. I am planning to use them again tomorrow.

I called before coming and they were so helpful (I know nothing about locks!). I was able to wait while they did the rekeying. Prices seams reasonable. Excellent and friendly service!

Parking lot has ample space. Area to sit and wait while they did the rekeying. Several were coming in for car keys. Services seem very diverse.

After having some keys cut here a few years ago, I went back when we needed to have multiple locks in the house re-keyed. The work was impeccable and the people doing the work were professional and knowledgeable. It feels weird sometimes to appreciate how easy it is to manage all the locks on the property now, but it really has made such a difference. The prices were very fair as well. I highly recommend having Los Alamitos Lock Service handle your home security needs.

We've used Los Alamitos Lock Service several times in the past ten years, with our most recent service being this afternoon. Our front door lock set was broken and Thomas stopped by, figured out the issue, ordered the parts and made the repair today. Price was fair and repairs were done perfectly. Highly recommend!

I needed keys made and popped in here since EVERYONE knows, the key copying at Lowe's or Home Depot just is not the same. Easy in and out.

We actually had some problems with a door in house, so I asked if they would be able to fix our issues. I was given a number that I can text videos and photos too. Got home and reached out to them. They were prompt to respond and super informative with what they thought might be the problem. I actually took longer to respond since I needed to find pieces. We were able to set up an appointment quickly.

Kyle showed up~ he called to let me know when he'd arrive and showed up within the time schedule they had mentioned via text. He resolved our one door problem and I had another issue with another door and he fixed that too!

We initially had a locksmith come to rekey our new house via our homeowners warranty. What a mistake. That locksmith said we need to have a lock cut/replaced and quoted us a very high price. After multiple back and forth sessions, I was fed up. We heard about Los Alamitos Lock Service from a friend and they have been outstanding. Not only are their prices more than fair, but they are very professional and courteous. When we called for a rekey, they actually had someone out that afternoon (Chris). He was able to complete almost everything except 2 doors that had broken locks. Chris was great and we will definitely be using them for all of our locksmith needs.

I wanted to give props, to Tyler and Rob, for helping me with getting the proper OEM keys cut for my classic 82 El Camino... Both were effortless on this project and today, Tyler cut the keys for me.
